Everything here is made to order. Your item does not exist until you buy it, which changes how returns work, so this is worth two minutes.
If something is wrong with your order
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund it in full. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. You do not need to send the item back and you do not pay anything.
If you have changed your mind
Because each item is printed individually for you, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind, or for a size or color chosen by mistake at checkout. Please use the sizing chart before ordering, and ask us if you are unsure. We would much rather answer a question first than disappoint you later.
If your order has not arrived
If tracking shows your parcel as lost, or it has not moved for 14 days, contact us and we will replace it.
