Every order is made when you place it, so there are two clocks: production, then delivery.
Production
Most items are made within 2 to 5 business days. A few products, and busy periods, take a little longer. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery
United States: usually 3 to 7 business days once your order has shipped.
International: usually 10 to 20 business days once your order has shipped, depending on the destination.
Shipping is calculated at checkout, before you pay. We ship within the United States, to US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and to most other countries.
Customs and import fees
Orders outside the United States may attract import duties or taxes set by your own country. These are not included in what you pay us, and they are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel.
If something goes wrong in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows it lost, contact us with your order number and we will replace it. You do not need to chase the carrier yourself.
Changing your address
Contact us as soon as you can. Before an order goes into production we can usually change it. Once it has shipped, we cannot.
